2010 Schools FUTSAL Trophy  TOURNAMENTS

2nd Annual Hunter Strikers School Tournament.

We would like to invite your school to attend    The “Gorilla”, All Sports Direct ‘ Hunter and Strikers Cup as a way to prepare for any school state Futsal Championship or to try the sport if you missed out in the Federation run tournament or just to have some more fun..

 NNSW Football Federation, has combined with Hunter Futsal Strikers to provide a regional competition for all schools to have an opportunity for the teams or players to represent their school at the annual FFA approved school championships later in the year. Please look at any correspondence from NNSW Football and support this great programme. Our club commitment is to help NNSW organise the day and assist any of the schools in training and preparing there team if needed.

Our own School Tournament provides your school with another chance to compete with other schools for major Trophy’s that will kept by the school until the following year.

The winning Under 14 Girls team will get the “All Sports Direct Trophy”,  the “Hunter Cup “ to the winning Under 16 Girls . The winning Under 14 Boys team at each region will receive the “Ling’s Trophy” and the winning under 16  Boy’s team will receive the Gorilla Cup. Winning schools will keep the trophies for the year.
 
If you are a local school who has supported Futsal, “indoor soccer”, in the past we thank-you and look forward to greeting you to the competition. If you are a new school to the sport, please come and try the new exciting sport of Futsal. We are committed to Futsal as it introduces our sport of football to areas we have not been able to reach in the past. Wether you are a small or large school you can participate. Unlike the outdoor tournaments were you are out of the competition once you loose, in the Futsal competition you are guaranteed at least 3 games wether you loose them or not.

PRIMARY SCHOOLS PLEASE NOTE , as a continuation of  introducing to more schools the sport of Futsal., we are once again doing some special tournament , THE ANZ PRIMARY SCHOOL TROPHY,  will be held annually at different location in Newcastle and the STRIKERS TROPHY will be held in Central Coast  for PRIMARY SCHOOL’S ONLY and at a cost of only $65-00 a team.
You can enter as many teams as you like and can be boys or Mixed Under 10’s and Mixed Under 12’s.
 
Payment can be sent up to one week prior to the date of participation, unless prior arrangements have been organised, but we do need your expression of interest  so that we can arrange referees and a draw as quickly as possible..
